You will partner with cross-functional teams to learn and implement process improvements while developing foundational supply chain skills.

The role provides exposure to surplus inventory management, replenishment strategies, and opportunities to progress into higher-level coordinator roles within 1–3

Qualifications

• Decision-making knowledge and ability to analyze situations to make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and capacity management.
• Problem-solving skills with ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Process improvement mindset with ability to drive continuous improvement in processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Support development and execution of supply chain strategies to improve performance and service levels.
• Lead inventory and warehouse optimization initiatives to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Identify and implement improvements in supply-chain processes.
• Support lead time alignment with supplier lead times and demand requirements.
• Lead pull replenishment strategies in Lean initiatives.
• Analyze inventory trends with LPAs and suppliers to reduce excess and optimize warehouse space.
• Assist in disposition of excess/obsolete materials with stakeholders.
