Job summary

Coffman Engineers in Seattle is seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team, focusing on the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred)
• Registration as an E.I.T
• Internship in the structural design of buildings or similar structures (preferred)
• Experience with computer analysis software systems
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skills
• Being comfortable consulting to architectural practices
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Working as part of a multi-discipline design team

Responsibilities

• Design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures for the Seattle office.
• Collaborate with a multidiscipline design team to meet project objectives.
