You will support transportation structural design, assist in field work, and contribute to construction documents under guidance from senior staff. Ideal candidates have a B.S.

in Civil Engineering (structural emphasis preferred) and 0-1 year of experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis preferred.
• 0-1 year of structural engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the structural design of transit and highway structures from conceptual to final design
• Participate in site visits to collect data necessary for preliminary design
• Assist in drafting of project details and plans using Microstation, AutoDesk or other CAD software
• Preparation of quantity calculations and cost estimate
• Assists in preparing contract documents and specifications
