You’ll have the chance to work on projects including the design of new structures as well as existing structural upgrades. With mentorship and guidance from our Professional Engineers and technical experts, you will grow to become an integral member of the design team, counted on to assist in the performance of structural analysis and design for our projects. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills as you work closely with Project Managers, Professional Engineers, and Designers across different disciplines. As part of this team, you will perform increasingly complex calculations and analysis as the structural design is developed, and learn to work with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on paper and in the model. In this role, you will be working to develop a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Structural Engineering, gaining experience in multiple subject areas, and learning how Structural design integrates with and impacts other disciplines.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control, being committed to checking their own work and reaching out to peers and seniors for guidance when questions arise. Meeting commitments and taking ownership of your portion of the structural scope, reliably working to meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You may be given tasks with ill-defined conditions of satisfaction; in which case you will be expected to take the initiative to determine what is needed to meet the project and clientneeds--recognizing when help is needed.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
