Required Qualifications:

• Able to work in the US now and in the future WITHOUT sponsorship
• Master's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering
• Registered EIT or in pursuit of EIT license
• Demand quality and continued improvement
• A passion for design and problem solving
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in Revit and produce contract documents
• Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Revit Structures or other 3D software
• Experience with analysis software such as RAM, RISA or ETABS
• Internship experience with a consulting or construction firm

Salary : $65,000 to $72,000

Occasional bonuses paid based on company profitability, but are not guaranteed.

Benefits : Medical: 80% of Family policy is paid by KL&A, Dental and Vision is 100% paid by KL&A, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K matching, and vacation and sick leave.
