TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. seeks an entry-level Structural Design Engineer in Allentown, PA. The role emphasizes practical on-the-job learning to build problem-solving skills and professional growth.

You will design precast/prestressed concrete for large commercial buildings, perform basic calculations, and coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors while working in a collaborative project team environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Architectural Engineering with structural coursework from an ABET accredited university.
• Passed the FE exam; EIT certification is required upon hire.
• Competency using Revit, AutoCAD and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Structural design of precast/prestressed concrete products and connections for large commercial buildings.
• Performing basic calculations, learning codes and standards to complete assignments.
• Checking drawings, coordinating with clients, architects, other engineers, general contractors.
• Working as part of a project team to provide high quality and on-time deliverables.
• Maintaining internal team needs as well as external client relationships.
