Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry‑Level Structural Analysis Engineer to support analysis and validation of aircraft structures at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a Spirit subsidiary. You will apply foundational engineering principles to evaluate structural integrity and ensure designs meet performance and safety requirements.

Work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative aerospace environment, gaining hands-on experience with analysis tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET‑accredited program (or by Aug 31, 2027).
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with aircraft structures and loads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis of aircraft components and assemblies using established methods and tools.
• Support evaluation of strength, stability, fatigue, and damage tolerance to ensure requirements compliance.
• Assist in developing analysis models, reports, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams to resolve structural issues.
• Participate in technical/design reviews and provide analysis-based recommendations.
• Ensure analyses align with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and certification guidelines.
