Job summary

Woodard & Curran seeks an entry-level engineer to join the stormwater team in Rye Brook, NY. You will work on planning, design, and construction of stormwater and site civil projects, collaborating with experienced engineers and scientists from day one.

A strong field presence is valued; you’ll gain hands-on experience in municipal engineering, MS4/IDDE projects, and utility design, supported by a growing team.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience.
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in stormwater/water/wastewater or related field.
• Interest in hands‑on field work supporting stormwater and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Westchester County and the surrounding region.
• Excellent computer, verbal, and written skills required.
• EIT registration preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD desired.
• Experience with GIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level engineering support in the planning, design, and construction of stormwater and site civil projects.
• Work on municipal engineering and utility design, and MS4/IDDE projects.
• Serve as an integral member of project teams, under supervision of a Registered Professional Engineer.
