Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan in Saginaw, MI seeks an Entry Level Manager for our store at 4675 Bay Rd. The role pays $17.00 per hour with a 20% in-store discount and monthly bonus potential, and offers full-time hours.

You will train and motivate staff, organize displays, work toward budgeted sales, and ensure policy compliance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, Michigan driver’s license, and at least one year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Michigan driver's license preferred.
• 1 year of general retail experience is expected.
• Ability to use a cash register and follow policy and procedures.
• Full-time availability with all shifts as necessary.
• Demonstrated management skills and the ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, motivating, and communicating with store staff.
• Promote professional and personalized donor and customer relations.
• Organize and maintain sales floor and displays.
