Job summary

American Regent, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Team member to contribute to sterile pharmaceutical production at the Hilliard Facility. You will participate in compounding, material handling, and line support to ensure quality and compliance with cGMPs.

Demonstrates basic chemistry knowledge, strong attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; overtime may be required to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; science background preferred.
• 1–3 years in related field is a plus; ability to work with chemicals.
• Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Utilize scales and load cells to weigh materials and batch additions.
• Perform aseptic filtration setup and filter integrity testing.
• Utilize blending and homogenization technologies in compounding.
• Calculate batch dosing using material potency and records.
• Stock, stage, and return materials; maintain clean equipment and areas.
