Candidate should have basic mechanical knowledge, be able to read tape measures, and promote safe work environments. Shifts include day or second, with a 10-hour workday and a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, sketches or other specifications.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and safety protocols.
• Self-starter capable of meeting production demands.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates mobile crane equipment and directs rigging and hoisting.
• Sets up and operates machines to produce parts from blueprints.
• Grinds and paints where required to meet specs.
• Operates machines with minimal required skills (presses, shears, saws, rolls).
• Collaborates with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure safe loading/unloading.
