This Staff Accountant role is perfect for an entry level finance or accounting college graduate who wants to get their start and gain valuable experience. Profile For The Entry Level Staff Accountant

• Entry level role someone directly out of college and ideally with 1 year experience in accounting
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Soft skills are important and ability to work around distractions, stay focused
• Will be making calls to customers for collection calls, but very limited most customers paying on time
• Assist with reconciliations and variance support and construction draws
• Data entry of invoices into their system
• The Staff Accountant will be entering vendor invoices on a weekly basis
• AR side will include approximately 50 customers with multiple line items and will apply payments to various projects
