Paradise Energy Solutions is seeking an Associate Solar Sales Consultant to help businesses, farms, and homeowners in the Mid Atlantic region. This entry-level role includes structured onboarding, mentorship, and company-generated leads to help you learn solar and grow your own sales pipeline.

You will represent the company with integrity, educate customers on solar benefits and incentives, and work toward territorial sales targets.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn solar and our sales process.
• Experience in outside/inside sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Paradise Energy Solutions professionally and ethically.
• Complete onboarding covering solar fundamentals and incentives.
• Develop your own sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Conduct on-site consultations to assess energy needs.
