SkillStorm is hiring early-career tech enthusiasts for a paid 12-week hands-on training program. After training, you’ll deploy to an enterprise or government client from day one, with a clear path from qualified to deployed professional.

Ideal candidates have a technical bachelor's degree or related background, and experience with fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, databases/SQL, and OO languages like Java or C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (CS, SE, IT) or equivalent.
• Fundamentals of programming, data structures, and algorithms with SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client tech stacks.
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code to professional standards.
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and give/receive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with stakeholders.
• Support testing and deployment; maintain documentation.
• Keep current with industry tools and techniques via ongoing training.
