We hire early in technical careers, including recent grads and career changers, with a focus on fundamentals, Java or C#, and a willingness to relocate for client placements in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (CS/SE/IT) or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of W2 experience in a technical role or equivalent.
• Working understanding of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, SQL).
• Experience with Java or C# is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client tech stacks.
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code.
• Diagnose defects and provide technical support.
• Participate in code reviews and translate business requirements to technical specs.
• Support testing and deployment to production.
