Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is hiring a Software Engineer to support Mission Systems Resilient Connectivity Products. This onsite role involves contributing to design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of communications software.

You will work with senior engineers, systems teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Puerto Rico residency is required and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional English communication (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions for communications systems with guidance.
• Test software in an Agile development environment.
• Collaborate with senior software engineers, system engineers, project engineers, and supporting organizations to ensure successful software project execution.
• Engage with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Collins development processes and standard work requirements.
