Job summary

NAPCO Security Technologies, based in Amityville, NY, seeks a senior software engineer to design, implement, and maintain desktop, web, and backend applications. Responsibilities include optimizing SQL Server databases, developing AI-assisted automation, and managing cloud-hosted development workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• At least six years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, networking, multithreaded services, cloud, AI-assisted development, and source control; Linux familiarity noted.
