SkillStorm Commercial Services LLC is launching software careers with a 12-week paid, hands-on training program. You’ll work on real, team-based projects and deploy to an enterprise or government client from day one.

We hire early in technical careers, including graduates and career changers with a technical foundation, offering a structured path into enterprise software work. You’ll build applications using Java or C#, SQL, and modern tools, with the potential to obtain a government clearance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• At least 1 year of W2 experience in a technical role.
• Working understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and OO languages like Java or C#.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance applications using client languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Write clean, efficient, well-structured code to professional standards.
• Diagnose and fix defects; provide technical support and resolution.
• Participate in code reviews — give and receive constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Support testing and deployment to production; maintain technical documentation.

Do you qualify? You likely do if you have one of the following:
