Job summary

SkillStorm is offering a paid 12-week training path into enterprise software work, with deployment to Fortune 100 clients or government agencies on day one. Candidates should meet a technical bachelor’s standard or have at least a year of relevant W2 experience, plus fundamentals in programming languages like Java or C#.

You'll spend 12 weeks in paid, hands-on training working real, team-based projects — then deploy directly to an enterprise or government client, effective day one. This isn't a course you pay for. We're hiring people early in their technical careers — including recent graduates, career changers with a technical foundation, and transitioning service members and veterans — who have the fundamentals and the drive, and want a structured path into enterprise software work.

Do you qualify? You likely do if you have one of the following:

• A bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or similar), or
• At least one year of W2 experience in a technical role, or
• Equivalent technical experience we'll review with you individually.

Plus a working understanding of programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, databases and SQL, and software development in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#.

We review every applicant who clears one of those paths individually for fit.
