Intervention, Inc. in Golden, CO is seeking a Sobriety Services Technician to monitor court-ordered offenders and other clients.

This entry-level role supports testing procedures, maintains records and interfaces with clients with professionalism and care. Responsibilities include sign-in for testing, escorting clients, monitoring urine screens and breathalyzer tests, and completing paperwork with accuracy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year customer service experience or training.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of the client population and cultural sensitivity.
• Must pass background check and have access to state criminal databases.
• Because this position requires direct observation of females submitting specimens for urinalysis, being female has been determined to be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification and only females will be considered for the position.

Mansioni

• Sign in clients to conduct testing.
• Escort clients to and from collection area.
• Monitor urinalysis testing of same sex clients.
• Follow policies on collection of testing samples and document results.
• Complete documentation and Chain of Custody accurately and timely.
• Provide professional interaction with referral sources, staff and clients.
• Attend all required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of office.
