Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience preferred.
• Interest in snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, or powersports.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on snowmobiles, ATVs, and UTVs.
• Change engine oil, filters, spark plugs, belts, and other routine service items.
• Inspect machines before and after rentals.
• Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical problems.
• Assist with troubleshooting under the direction of experienced mechanics.
• Prepare rental machines for customers and ensure safety.
• Keep shop organized and maintain records of maintenance.
