AMT is seeking an Entry Level Site / Civil Engineer to join our Site / Civil team in Towson, MD. The role starts in May 2027 after graduation, offering growth and advancement opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

The position supports projects in the Towson office and across AMT offices, with a hybrid schedule combining office and remote work. Responsibilities include preparing construction documents, designing site improvements, and assisting with studies and reports.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD including Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred.
• EIT preferred.
• Prior internship experience with preparing plans, specifications and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Support and preparation of construction documents.
• Design of site and infrastructure improvements including grading, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, site laying, roadway improvements, and preparation of calculations and reports; site inspections and construction administration duties.
• Assist on engineering studies and reports as needed.

AMT is growing and is seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Site / Civil Engineer to join our growing Site / Civil team of design professionals in our Towson, MD office. Position will start in May 2027 upon graduation.

In addition to supporting projects in their assigned office, the candidate may be involved with other AMT offices and project opportunities.

• Support and Preparation of construction documents
