Job summary

AMT Engineering in Towson, MD seeks an Entry Level Site / Civil Engineer to join our growing Site / Civil team. The role starts in May 2027 after graduation and offers a hybrid schedule combining office and remote work.

You will support construction documents, design site improvements, perform calculations, and assist with inspections and construction administration for projects in our office and potentially other AMT offices.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation preferred
• EIT preferred
• Internship experience with plans, specs, and cost estimates preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and preparation of construction documents
• Design of site and infrastructure improvements including grading, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, and roadway work. Prepare calculations and reports; perform site inspections and construction administration duties
