Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s in CS or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in cybersecurity or IT.
• Security+ certification preferred; CySA+, A+, Net+ are a plus.
• Typing speed at least 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts within SIEM and investigate incidents.
• Escalate critical findings to senior analysts.
• Interact with customers to assess cybersecurity needs.
• Adhere to Trapp and ArmorPoint policies.
• Assist in incident response and forensic analysis.
