Job summary

Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Security Engineer I to maintain and enhance our cyber security infrastructure.

You will work with multiple technologies to ensure compliance with Information Security Policies and help protect the organization from cyber threats. Key duties include administering security services across laptops, servers, email, network, and cloud; conducting tests and audits; triaging vulnerabilities; and supporting incident response, compliance, and privacy

Qualifications

• Candidate should communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, topologies, and security concepts.
• Proficient with a SIEM and triage incidents.
• Familiar with incident response containment, eradication and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Premier's cyber security services across laptops, servers, email, network, and cloud platforms.
• Perform security tests and audits using approved tools; analyze results and provide recommendations.
• Triage vulnerabilities with vulnerability management tools and coordinate with SOC analysts and SIEM.
• Assist in compliance activities including eDiscovery and privacy-related investigations.
