Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC is hiring for a Shop Tech in Dickinson, ND. The entry-level role offers hands-on experience in a maintenance shop, assisting with inspections, fuel system work, and component replacements.

Responsibilities include supporting mechanics, performing tests, and documenting work. A high school diploma is required; veterans are preferred. Training and safety programs are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists and participates in routine inspections and makes modifications to natural gas engines and generators.
• Performs load testing on units to identify possible problems.
• Makes electrical and mechanical wiring modifications to control circuits.
• Tests batteries, fuel, coolant, and oil; ships oil samples for analysis.
• Completes all assigned tasks directed by shop mechanics.
• Document work performed and report any abnormalities or concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shop goals and objectives.
• Learn the Shop Tech I checklist and become proficient.
