Job summary

Don Larson Automotive in Baraboo, Wisconsin, is seeking an Entry-Level automotive technician to join our growing dealership family. We offer a modern facility, great pay, benefits, and a flexible schedule to support development.

This entry-level role emphasizes learning from experienced technicians, performing routine maintenance, and gaining diagnostic skills with manufacturer tools. We welcome motivated candidates with a high school diploma and a valid driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Automotive school/training is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and automotive services.
• Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostics.
• Perform oil changes, tire services, brake inspections, and other routine services.
• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Use manufacturer service information and diagnostic equipment.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and repair procedures.
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on training.
