Job summary

Morgan Pro Service, LLC is hiring an entry level HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance on residential heating and cooling systems under the guidance of the Service Manager.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, customer service, and following company protocols. You will use standard HVAC tools and participate in training, with a valid driver’s license and EPA certification required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in HVAC service.
• Enroll in HVAC courses or in-house training programs.
• Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems per company standards.

Entry Level Service Tech - HVAC

Job Title: Service Technician - Entry Level

Work Hours: 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime and Evenings on occasion)

Pay: $17 - $25 per hour

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Reports to: Service Manager

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
• Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
• Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
• Enroll in HVAC course and/or in house training programs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
• Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
• Great Communication Skills
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Universal EPA Certification - required
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School - required
• Clean driving record
