Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Greet customers and assist them through the service drive.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Move vehicles safely around the property.
• Keep the service drive and waiting areas clean and inviting.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and delivery.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
• Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and follow-up.
• Learn dealership service processes, repair orders, scheduling, and customer communication.

This position combines the responsibilities of a Customer Greeter and Service Porter while providing hands‑on training to prepare you for the next step in your career—becoming a Service Advisor.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them through the service drive.
• Help direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property.
• Keep the service drive and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with vehicle check‑in and delivery.
• Shuttle vehicles between departments as needed.
• Maintain vehicle inventory on the service lot.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks and customer follow‑up.
