Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an entry-level Install/Service Helper in Falls Church, VA. You will assist in installing, testing, and troubleshooting burglar alarms, CCTV, access control, and intercom systems at customer sites as part of a union position.

The role offers a pathway to Journeyman/Locksmith positions, with a pay range of $24 to $27 per hour depending on experience. Flexibility for overtime, weeknights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in alarm, access control, CCTV, and networking.
• Training, testing, and certification may be required per the current CBA.
• Must maintain stability and good attendance.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and repair of Kastle access control, security components and CCTV.
• Assist supervisor by ensuring completed work is documented accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
• Maintain and protect building keys to customer buildings.
