Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in installing, configuring, and testing security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security equipment.
• Prepare and organize installation materials and tools.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Attend training sessions to build knowledge in security technology.
• Collaborate with sales, management, and operations teams to serve customers.
