Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required with strong grasp of financial equations.
• Based in Abilene, TX or willing to relocate for a long-term role.
• Able to explain pricing rules to sales staff in a professional manner during volatile markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the SVP and CEO on high-level secondary marketing projects.
• Prepare daily market briefings and internal reports for executive decision-making.
• Manage the daily flow of rate lock requests from the sales team.
• Ensure every lock is mathematically accurate and meets program guidelines.
• Assist in troubleshooting pricing discrepancies with Loan Officers and branch managers.
• Serve as the data entry and reconciliation specialist within the MCT system.
• Monitor the pipeline for loans that may fallout and reconcile LO systems with hedge reports.
• Learn mechanics of interest rate risk management by assisting in daily hedging activities.
• Run daily reports to track lock expirations and extension requests.
• Perform audits of loan files to verify pricing adjustors are applied correctly.
