Job summary

Markon, Inc. is building a talent pool of Junior Accreditation Analysts to support upcoming Intelligence Community facility and secure construction missions. You will assist with accreditation documentation, reviews, and records management under senior staff guidance.

Ideal candidates will have an active TS/SCI clearance, relevant security or facility management experience, and strong attention to detail. Markon emphasizes professional growth and impactful work across federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or 4 years of security/facility management experience.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting SCIF operations, security programs, or facility accreditation.
• Familiarity with SCIF security and accreditation processes.
• Experience reviewing, organizing, and maintaining security or facility documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with facility owners, security personnel, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under guidance of senior accreditation personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial completeness reviews of SCIF accreditation packages and supporting documentation.
• Assist senior accreditation analysts with package reviews and accreditation activities.
• Maintain accreditation records and tracking systems.
• Coordinate routine communications with facility owners, security personnel, and project teams.
• Identify missing documentation and support resolution of deficiencies.
• Prepare accreditation correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
• Track accreditation actions through completion.
• Support multiple accreditation efforts in a fast-paced environment.
