Job summary

Eurofins USA Genomic Services seeks an Associate Scientist I (SST) to support laboratory operations. The role involves assisting lab personnel, ensuring data quality, and performing analyses to support timely results.

Responsibilities include lab maintenance, inventory communication, and adherence to testing instructions. The position is full-time, with standard daytime shifts, and offers comprehensive medical/dental/vision and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commutable distance to the worksite.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist SST Laboratory personnel with general lab duties.
• Ensure quality and accurate data in a timely fashion.
• Perform sample analysis and document results.
• Participate in lab and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate inventory needs to appropriate staff.
• May sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work additional hours during peak months if needed.
