Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a SST Associate Scientist I to support the SST Laboratory team. This part-time role focuses on assisting lab personnel, maintaining data quality, and supporting general lab duties during standard business hours.

You will help ensure accurate results, follow work instructions, and contribute to improvements while coordinating with staff and managers. A strong science inclination and willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS degree recommended.
• Certification by the Society of Commercial Seed Technologists recommended.
• Within commuting distance of the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Assist SST Laboratory personnel in general lab duties and ensure quality and accurate data.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally; participate in process improvements.
• Perform sample analysis and document results; participate in lab and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate inventory needs and sample/test issues to management; drive timely results.
