Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• One year of prior similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas such as classrooms and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop floors, and remove debris in designated areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling as needed.
• Follow safety procedures when using cleaners and equipment.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with staff and managers.
• Move furniture and equipment as required for cleaning.
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces.
• Maintain restrooms and general sanitary conditions.
• Adhere to ABM policies and regulatory standards.
