Job summary

CCRN – Educational and Behavioral Support Services in Exton, PA is hiring an Entry Level Teacher Assistant / Personal Care Assistant to join school-based teams. This full-time role provides in-school behavioral support to students with special needs and collaborates with teachers and the Behavioral Specialist Consultant.

Responsibilities include documentation, building positive relationships with staff, and assisting with treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid, NCI or CPI trainings required.
• Ability to pass background checks and FBI fingerprinting.
• Ability to work with high-risk individuals with mental illnesses and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-school support to assigned student with special needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with teachers and staff.
• Support Behavioral Specialist Consultant in treatment plan development and implementation.
• Submit daily summaries and clinical documentation timely.
• Communicate clearly with age-appropriate language and maintain attention.
