CareGivers Home Care, a long-standing home care provider serving Upstate New York, is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator (Entry Level) for an in-office role at 2465 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY. The position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a starting hourly rate of $22.00–$24.00, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and reliable transportation.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and dependable team player.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, and healthcare preferred; home care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiry calls, determine needs, and encourage clients to use CareGivers services.
• Coordinate ongoing delivery of services and assign staff.
• Receive, verify and complete timeslips and other documents for payroll and billing.
• Backup for other office roles as needed.
