Hudspeth is seeking hard-working Scaffold Laborers to support construction projects across Colorado. This entry-level role assists scaffold crews with material handling, site prep, scaffold assembly support, and general labor while learning the trade.

This position offers on-the-job training, potential advancement into Scaffold Builder or leadership roles, and a safety-focused team environment across multiple Colorado projects.

Qualifications

• Entry-level helper learning scaffold trade and safety
• Willingness to learn scaffold building and safety procedures
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in varying weather
• Must be able to stand, climb, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Team-oriented with dependable attendance

Responsibilities

• Assist scaffold crews with erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems
• Carry, lift, stage, and organize scaffold materials and components
• Load and unload frames, braces, planks, guardrails and related equipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Assist with installing scaffold components under supervision
• Follow directions from leads and supervisors
• Support crew productivity and daily project operations
• Communicate safety concerns or hazards immediately
