Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification required.
• Fall Protection training required.
• 1–3 years of scaffolding or related construction experience.
• Ability to meet site-specific safety and access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems under supervision.
• Perform daily scaffold work including lifting and carrying materials.
• Assist with tying scaffolds to structures and ensuring stability and load compliance.
• Inspect scaffold components for safe working condition.
