Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification is required.
• Fall Protection training is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of scaffolding or related construction experience.
• Ability to meet site-specific safety and access requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold systems under supervision.
• Perform daily scaffold work including lifting, carrying, assembling, and securing materials.
• Assist with tying scaffolds to structures and ensuring stability and load compliance.
• Inspect scaffold components prior to use for safe conditions.
• Load, unload, and stage scaffold materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew about progress and safety concerns.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety requirements at all times.
