Responsibilities

• Provide basic tier 1 support for SCADA systems.
• Perform scheduled operating system and application patching.
• Assist IT Infrastructure personnel with server provisioning.
• Provide desktop support for control room and SCADA-related users.

Skills

Basic understanding of Windows server and desktop operating systems

Familiarity with patching and system maintenance
