Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Olathe, KS, seeks an SBA Reporting Specialist to file SBA reports and coordinate guarantee requests. The role partners with Relationship Managers and internal departments to ensure timely filings, with reporting to the AVP, Resolution Management Operations Leader.

We require strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and experience with SBA loan administration. Kansas Notary Public certification is preferred or obtainable within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Uniform Purchase Package (UPP) reports, Care and Preservation Reports, and Wrap Up Reports with the SBA.
• Serve as primary associate responsible for communication with the SBA on guarantee requests.
• Coordinate responses to denied claims with the head of RMG and the appropriate RM.
• Track and monitor expenses associated with problem SBA loans and OREO.
• Coordinate inspections on SBA problem loans.
• Prepare reports for the SVP of RMG, PLC, and senior management as needed.
• Interact with Compliance, Legal, and Audit for SBA recordkeeping purposes.
