Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a SBA Reporting Specialist based in Olathe, KS to file SBA reports and act as the primary liaison with the SBA on guarantee requests. You will work with RMG, SBA division, and internal teams to ensure timely filings and accurate records.

Requirements include strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Notary certification and SBA portal experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time independently or in a team.
• Background in back-office SBA loan administration preferred.
• Experience with SBA's E-Tran portal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SBA reports and related documents.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers on SBA guarantee requests.
• Track and monitor expenses for problem SBA loans and OREO.
• Interact with Compliance, Legal, and Audit for SBA recordkeeping.
• Obtain and maintain Kansas Notary Public certification.
