Sierra Pacific Industries is hiring for entry-level production at the Centralia sawmill in Centralia, WA. This position offers learning opportunities across production, equipment maintenance, and supervision, with hands-on experience on multiple machine stations within the sawmill.

You will perform tasks such as shoveling and raking wood byproducts, stacking lumber, and working in a fast-paced environment that can be demanding, including repetitive lifting and exposure to hot and cold

Responsibilities

• Learn and explore multiple plant roles including production, equipment maintenance, and supervision
• Fill in on various machine stations within the sawmill
• Shovel, rake, and sweep wood byproducts
• Stack and pile lumber
• Work is fast-paced and can be demanding
• Involves repetitive lifting and working in hot and cold environments
