Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking an Entry Level Production Operator in Grangeville for a swing shift. This full-time, on-site role involves learning the safe operation of mill machinery and performing duties across multiple stations.

You will start as a relief operator, gain experience, and advance along a career ladder with competitive pay of $24.59 per hour plus full benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and boot allowance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work various shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
• Able to pass hair follicle drug test, a physical, and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a relief operator for a wide variety of function, machinery and workstations.
• Assist with mill clean-up until promoted into a more advanced and/or specialized role.
• Learn the safe and efficient operation of each machine assigned.
• Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSA’s (job safety analysis).
