Job summary

gobravvo is offering an Insurance Agent Trainee program designed to equip you with the tools and hands-on experience to excel in insurance sales and client service. You will learn from experienced mentors, receive extensive training, and work toward building your own book of business in a supportive environment.

The program provides a base salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities, plus a robust benefits package, flexible scheduling, paid training, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Willingness to be coached and adapt quickly to new information and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing preferred.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; support available to obtain licensing for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in extensive training and development sessions focused on insurance sales and customer service.
• Work closely with a mentor agent to gain hands-on experience in client management, policy recommendations, and sales strategies.
• Develop new business by identifying prospective clients and presenting insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
• Educate clients on various insurance products, including property & casualty and life & health insurance.
• Assist clients with policy selection, application processes, and ongoing account management.
• Meet and exceed performance goals for sales, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing market conditions, take initiative to learn new skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
