Job summary

SmartRoof in Reston, VA is seeking a field-based roofing sales professional to start a rewarding career with uncapped earnings. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide clients through the insurance restoration process.

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear paths to leadership as you build trust with homeowners from first contact to close.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons.

What You'll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.

Year 1: $70,000-$100,000+
