MPower Direct is expanding our Harrisburg team and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and develop their sales skills. No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, hands‑on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This is a face‑to‑face sales position where you'll work in assigned Harrisburg‑area neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, introduce them to our energy supplier's program, and help interested customers through the enrollment process.

What You Can Earn

• $700-$1200+/week average earnings
• Weekly pay, base pay, and uncapped commissions
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
• New Start Bonus up to $1,500
• Top performers can earn $75K-$130K+ in their first year

What You'll Do
