MPower Direct is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Harrisburg market. We’re looking for driven, people-first individuals to join our renewable energy team out in the community, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them take control of their energy costs. This is a full-time field sales role covering York, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lebanon and surrounding areas.

No cold calling. No standing in a store. Just real conversations with real people that lead to real money.

Qualifications

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• People-first attitude—coachable and open-minded
• Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn
• Sales or field experience is a plus—but your drive matters more
• Bilingual English/Spanish or any language is a strong plus
• No degree required

This is a full-time field sales role. You'll be working across York, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lebanon, and surrounding areas. No cold calling. No standing in a store. Just real conversations with real people that lead to real money.

What You'll Earn

• $1,200-$1,500/week average earnings
• $75K-$100K+ annually for top performers
• Guaranteed base pay — every week, no exceptions
• Uncapped commission on every enrollment — no ceiling
